Deposit:
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation between 3 and 4 weeks from occupation, the client forfeit 25% of deposit
Cancellation between 2 and 3 weeks from occupation, the client forfeit 50% of deposit
Cancellation between 1 and 2 weeks from occupation, the client forfeit 75% of deposit
Cancellation less than 1 week from occupation, the client forfeit 100% of deposit
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the guest will be held responsible for the full accommodation amount plus the meals booked for the first day.
Balance of accommodation amount is due upon arrival. No refunds will be paid for early departures OR days booked but not taken.
Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards and rooms should be vacated by 10:00. Early arrivals or late departures can be arranged, subject to availability and at an extra fee.
